Returns Policy.

 

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be found upon receipt by you to be damaged or of unsatisfactory quality or otherwise not as described by us when you submitted your order.

You will be required to provide proof by providing a dated photograph, a brief description of the reason for return and a receipt or proof of purchase. Within 14 days of delivery you must send that proof to us at hello@elementos.shop and request a return so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with a Return Code if appropriate. Thereafter, the Return Code should be included with the returned item. Items sent to us without a Return Code will not be accepted.

Goods which are lost in return transit to us or arrive to us with evidence of damage which was not notified to us as required above, will not be refunded or replaced.

You will be notified by email once we have received and inspected the item to advise if the return has been approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your credit card or bank to process the refund.
